The list of scrumptious food and drinks in New Orleans is so, so long. It might take me a lifetime of long weekends to discover all it has to offer. Gumbos, Po Boys, Etoufees, Crawfish, Fried Chicken, Red Beans and Rice, Muffalettas, Oysters on the half shell, Charbroiled, Rockafeller. Bread pudding, Bananas Foster, Beignets. The drinks are equally enticing. Sazeracs, Hurricanes, Bloody Marys, Grasshoppers, Brandy Milk Punch, Ramos Gin Fizz, Cafe Brulot. It is truly a magical place to travel.
