Culinary treasures at Mercato il Capo

Mercato il Capo should be on everyone’s morning schedule when visiting Palermo. The market is buzzing with fresh fish right off the boat, tomatoes bursting with ripeness, and the juiciest olives I’ve seen. I am only too sad not to shop here everyday for my kitchen.
