Bridge Sushi Panarea

We wandered into Bridge Sushi around sunset. The tables were filled up front.
This was a pretty trendy establishment, so Chris and I felt fairly happy that we got two stools at the bar in the back. The music was fantastic – I was enjoying the scene. The good news is Jorge, a Cuban from Miami, struck a conversation with my husband Chris, and enjoyed catching up on all the South Florida news. His wife Angela couldn’t be any kinder or more relaxed. The fish for the sushi is caught and delivered that morning. A sushi restaurant in Sicily is a very novel idea. But why not – the fish couldn’t be any fresher. A reservation is essential. Bridge Sushi is a staple of Panarea nightlife. Lovely owners and lovely night…
